How it works
Download and sign in
Install Spirit Chat from Google Play, then sign in with your Google or Apple account to create your profile in seconds.
Ask your question
Share what is on your mind in your own words. The more specific your question, the more personal the reading.
Receive your reading
Your reading appears in the chat. Continue the conversation with follow-up questions, or return to it later from your history.
Sign-in and your data
Spirit Chat asks you to sign in so that your readings, conversation history and purchases belong to you and can be restored on a new device. You can sign in with Google or with Apple. Here is exactly what happens when you choose Google.
What we receive from Google
- Your name
- Your e-mail address
- Your profile picture
- A unique identifier for your Google account
These are the basic profile details covered by Google's standard sign-in permissions (openid, email and profile). We request nothing beyond them.
What we never access
- Your Gmail messages
- Google Drive, Photos, Calendar or Contacts
- Any other Google service or content
Why we use it
- To create and secure your account and sign you in
- To keep your readings and restore purchases across devices
- To show your name and picture in your in-app profile
- To answer support requests and contact you about your account
How we protect it
- Stored in your account record with our authentication provider and encrypted in transit
- Never sold and never used for advertising
- Shared only with the service providers that run sign-in and purchases on our behalf
- Deleted when you delete your account
Your conversations. Your readings are saved to your account so you can return to them, and they are private to you.
Stay in control. You can withdraw the access you granted at any time from your Google Account permissions, delete your account from inside the app, or e-mail ergodic.contact@gmail.com and we will delete your data.
